Without Ammonia, PPD or Resorcinol

ZenzTherapy Alternative Color is an innovative, permanent hair colour system, from which we have deliberately chosen to leave out some of what we see as the most controversial ingredients often used in the hair colour industry.

Ammonia

We are convinced that it is possible to create a better work environment for each and every hair stylist if we stop using alkaline gases in our colours. So this is one of the reasons why ZTC is a colour series without ammonia.

P-phenylenediamine (PPD) and resorcinol

It is important to emphasise that ZTC is a chemical hair colour that offers the same creative options and grey coverage as a conventional hair colour. Nevertheless we have chosen to leave out two conventional colour pigments –PPD and resorcinol, which we believe to be extremely allergenic and hormone-disrupting.

So we think that this Danish-developed colour system is an excellent alternative choice for those customers who demand the latest new research and technological developments in cosmetic hair colour treatment.

Unique Molecule Performance

Our advanced colour technology ensures quality results in the form of intense, glossy and multidimensional colours. Unique Molecule Performance “UMP” optimises the number of unique and optimal bonds between all colour molecules in the hair, thereby ensuring a contemporary colour result that lasts, with good coverage. The colours are enriched with a compound of jojoba oil, proteins and vitamin C, which are gentle on both hair and scalp.
